Qatar Airways’ corporate jet division, Qatar Executive, is the Middle East’s first charter business jet operator to receive the Third-Country Operator Safety Certificate from the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA). Qatargas' JBOG facility loads 1,000th liquefied natural gas ship

Jetty Boil-Off Gas recovery facility recently loaded its 1,000th liquefied natural gas ship. JBOG began operations in 2014, and since that time has safely recovered an estimated 535,000 metric tons of LNG -- enough to provide power to 300,000 homes. A special ceremony marked the milestone. Qatar Airways to present new aircrafts at Dubai Airshow

The Dubai Airshow will be held Nov. 8 to Nov. 12 and present Qatar Airways' four new generation aircrafts: the Gulfstream G650ER, B787 Dreamliner, A380 aircraft. Gulfstream G650ER will be showcased on Nov. 8 and feature two cabins and 13 seats that can be turned into flat beds. McDermott wins EPCI project for 4 offshore Qatar jackets

Qatar Petroleum recently awarded McDermott International Inc. a brownfield offshore project for the engineering, procurement, construction and installation (EPCI) of four wellhead jackets east of capital Doha. Qatar Airways expands services to Sydney

In less than a year's time, Qatar Airways officials said that it has plans to provide daily direct services from Doha to Sydney, Australia; the new flight service is set to begin on March 1, 2016, to the third Australian city in the Qatar Airways network, as the Doha-based carrier currently operates daily non-stop flights to Melbourne and Perth, coming to a total of 14 services each week.
