Bahrain to start phase 2 of LED traffic project

Bahrain’s Ministry of Works will kick off phase 2 of its plan to convert the Gulf nation’s traffic lights to modern LED traffic signals in November. Kadhim Abdul Latif, acting roads assistant undersecretary at the Ministry of Works, said phase two of Bahrain’s LED Traffic Signals Project will replace traffic lights at 115 interchanges and pedestrian signals with newer LED lights.
