Qatar Airways Cargo launches new freight services to New York, Canada

Qatar Airways Cargo recently expanded its cargo route offerings with new flights to New York and Halifax, Canada.The flights will use a Boeing 777-200 and take off once a week from its European hub in Luxembourg. Human rights group questions Qatar's status in U.S. trafficking report

Mubadala buying 20% stake in Investcorp

Abu Dhabi-based investment and development company Mubadala recently entered into an agreement to buy 20 percent of Bahrain's alternative investment firm Investcorp. "We welcome the opportunity to become a shareholder in Investcorp," Mubadala Development Company Group CEO Khaldoon Khalifa Al Mubarak said.
