Talent and leadership firm Korn Ferry said Saturday that Blayne O'Hara has joined the company in the role of Middle East principal.

O'Hara will be focusing on the financial services markets and will be working from Korn Ferry's Dubai office.

O’Hara has worked in asset management and the alternative investments market as well as in global transaction services, cash management, trade finance, project finance, custody and fund services and liquidity. Before joining Korn Ferry, he was a principal in the financial services practice at another global executive search firm.

“Blayne has over 10 years of executive search experience covering Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa and Europe and will be a great asset to the region, further strengthening our partnership with the financial services sector,” Korn Ferry Middle East Managing Director Jonathan Holmes said.

Since coming to the Dubai office, O'Hara has been working on mandates for leading international and regional banks, asset managers, sovereign wealth funds, private equity firms, private banking institutions and the investment offices of large family groups. He has already launced searches for senior front office investment executives and candidates for more involved leadership roles.
