DP World welcomes Indian prime minister to the UAE

DP World Chairman Sultan Ahmed Bin Sulayem welcomed the Indian prime minister to the UAE, reinforcing the company's commitment to enabling India’s growth and economic development through its operations in the country where it supports over 32 percent of India’s container trade

“The visit of Prime Minister Narendra Modi confirms the strong ties between both our countries," Sulayem said. "India is the UAE’s second-largest trading partner and the UAE is India’s third-largest trading partner with trade between the two reaching $60 billion last year. The relationship between us has existed for centuries, and as one of the fastest-growing emerging markets in the world, we are proud to be part of its development efforts."
