Saudi Telecom Co. honors J. Walter Thompson with Vendor Award

Marketing communication firm J. Walter Thompson Saudi Arabia recently received Saudi Telecom Co.'s (STC) Vendor Award in the innovation category during STC's fourth annual Vendor Day.

The award was presented Oct. 18 at a ceremony attended by STC senior officials including CEO Khalid Bin Hussein Al-Bayari.

J. Walter Thompson's Middle East and North African Region CEO Vatche Keverian and Business Director Fayez Jabri accepted the award for the marketing company.

"It is as much an honor receiving the STC Vendor Award as it is having STC as our client," Keverian said. "I speak for the entire team when I say that we look forward to many more years of creativity, innovation and a continued strong, collaborative relationship with STC . I must raise my hat to the procurement transformation team at STC for their inception of these awards. It shows vision on their part and firm belief in the value of partnership with the vendor community."

The award recognizes J. Walter Thompson for its expertise in marketing STC's products and services and by proposing ways to make STC more competitive.
