Royal Jet to provide training services for UAE Air Force

Royal Jet, the Abu Dhabi-based airline, recently signed a contract with the United Arab Emirates Armed Forces to provide various technical and operational training services for Air Force staff.

The new deal was signed at a ceremony on the last day of the recent Dubai Airshow. Head Quarters Commander of the UAE Air Force and Air Defense Ibrahim Al Alawi joined Royal Jet Interim President and CEO Patrick Gordon for the signing.

Gordon said the airline is excited to launch the new cooperative deal.

“This is an honor to Royal Jet, to be able to provide this specialized training to the next generation of personnel of the Air Force,” Gordon said. “It reflects the trust in Royal Jet’s capabilities and the spirit of cooperation between business and the military.”

Royal Jet is based out of Abu Dhabi and specializes in jet charter services for the luxury market. The airline operates two additional secondary hubs at Dubai International Airport and at King Abdulaziz International Airport in Saudi Arabia.
