The Federation of Gulf Cooperation Council Chambers (FGCCC), under the patronage of Prince Saud bin Nayf, governor of the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, recently celebrated the laying of the foundation stone for a new headquarters at Asharqiya Chamber in Dammam.
The celebration also marked the 35th anniversary of the FGCCC.
FGCCC Chairman Sheikh Khalifa bin Jassem Al Thani, who also is chairman of the Qatar Chamber of Commerce, led the delegation. Also present at the ceremony were Qatar Chamber Board Members Abdullatif Al Misnad and Khalid Jabor Al Kuwari and Qatar Chamber Research and Committees Department Head Saif Al Kuwari.
The ceremony also saw the launch of the “35 March Book,” a project reviewing the FGCCC’s top accomplishments in its 35 years in existence.
