Batelco improving services while staying customer oriented

Batelco, recognized as the first telecommunications company to launch 4G services, cloud services and VoLTE (Voice over LTE) technology in Bahrain, recently said it centralizes its strategic plan on innovation and first-class customer service in efforts to connect customers on the country’s most reliable network.

Batelco, which introduced and is currently the only company with a nationwide fiber network, spends millions of dollars annually to remain the kingdom’s leading telecom provider by developing services and products that competing companies do not offer. Batelco is constantly improving its infrastructure and providing access to the most advanced networks. 

Batelco is entering a new phase of development, centered on providing the best customer service possible, by investing in innovative products that will improve the company’s current network.

Batelco CEO Muna Al Hashemi said she recognizes the importance of a customer’s trust in a company and highlights the main part of Batelco’s strategy moving forward is to stay customer oriented.
