Hyatt Regency Dubai has a new food and beverage director

The Hyatt Regency Dubai, a prestigious five star hotel located in the historical region of Dubai, said Rohitha Pradeep will fill a leadership role as the the luxury hotel's new director of food and beverage.

Pradeep has served as assistant director of food and beverage at Grand Hyatt Dubai and has accepted the promotion into the director position for Hyatt Regency Dubai, known for its legendary rooftop revolving restaurant, Al Dawaar. The hotel also features an authentic Japanese restaurant, Miyako. Pradeep will work to create lasting, once-in-a-lifetime experiences for guests of the hotel.

Beginning his career in the hospitality field with Taj Samudra Colombo, Sri Lanka, in July 2000, Pradeep later transitioned to Hilton Colombo. In March 2003, he joined Hyatt hotels with the Grand Hyatt Dubai as part of the pre-opening team. After years of working diligently, Pradeep was promoted in 2012 to assistant director food and beverage at the Grand Hyatt Dubai.
