Flynas adds route connecting Saudi Arabia, UAE

The low-cost Saudi airline Flynas recently added a flight between Dammam in Saudi Arabia and Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates.

The route is part of the airline’s goal of increasing international flights as well as providing a connection between King Fahd International Airport in Dammam and Abu Dhabi International Airport.

"The provision of new flights between the kingdom and the UAE demonstrates Flynas’ concern to cover a wider range of international destinations while making a major contribution to the support of the economy and tourism growth,” Bander Al-Mohanna, CEO of NAS Holding, which owns the airline, said. “While we seek to consolidate of our place in the gulf market, we take care of choosing the flight times that suits everyone."

Al-Mohanna also said NAS believes the new route will encourage more travel between the countries and stimulate investments and joint projects.
