The MENA Higher Education Leadership Forum, organized by the International Council For Open & Distance Education will take place from 10th November to the 11th November 2015 at the Dusit Thani Dubai in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The conference will cover areas like have five themes, which revolve around the importance of innovation in helping transform, reshape, enable and spur the development of higher education.
