Qatar Communications Regulatory Authority has responded to 85% of consumer complaints this year

The Communications Regulatory Authority (CRA) of Qatar recently released a report that said it has resolved more than 85 percent of the 877 complaints received against the country’s two telecom service providers from January to August. Qatar takes part in 27th Meeting of GCC Committee

Survey shows Qatar's telecom users are satisfied with services

A recent consumer survey by the Communications Regulatory Authority concluded that telecom users in Qatar are generally satisfied with the quality of services provided. "This survey was commissioned as part of our mandate as the communications sector regulator to ensure a competitive marketplace and protect consumer rights," Consumer Affairs Manager Amel Salem Al-Hanawi said.
