Zain enables customers to gift Internet packages

Zain, a telecommunications company in Kuwait, announced last week that post-paid customers now have the ability to give Internet plans or extra GBs as a gift to prepaid customers; the introduction of this service serves to highlight the company's goal to keep in pace with the on-going changes and needs of its international customer base. 

Internet gifting enables customers to choose from a full monthly internet plan reaching up to 500GBs or gift until 25 GBs. Postpaid customers can easily activate this feature by visiting connect.kw.zain.com or sending IG to 99207.

Aiming to improve their costumers internet access, Zain has customized the latest service to surpass customers' telecommunications experience. The company is aware of the rising demands of Internet usage by customers and thus has launched its newest service to enable them to gift data packages to their family and friends.
