The Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce recently announced that
the office of the Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Award (SKEA) has concluded a group of
seminars and workshops in preparation for the 15th cycle of the
award.

The seminars, which ran through the end of October, came about to
raise awareness about the SKEA awards.

Specifically, the seminars focused on how the award
contributes to the sustainable social and economic development for enhancing
competitive capabilities in the private sector of Abu Dhabi.

Businesses seeking constant improvement can look to the
award model as a framework; over 2,000 people have gone through the
seminars from more than 150 companies in various economic, social and service
sectors.

Prof. Hadi Al-Tijani, general coordinator at SKEA, noted that participants
came from health care, education, finance, banking, contracting, oil and gas industries.

Mohammed Helal Al-Muhairi, director general at the Abu Dhabi
Chamber of Commerce and Industry and member of the Award Higher Committee,
stated that the 15th cycle of the award was about establishing
individual creativity and corporate innovation as key pillar concepts of
business standards.
