Dr. Mubarak Al-Ameri, board member of the Abu
Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, recently received Juan
Shiaretti, governor of the Argentinian province of Cordoba, at the Abu Dhabi
Chamber in Abu Dhabi.

 

In attendance at the meeting were the ministers of infrastructure,
water, environment, finance and investment in Cordoba and Fernando De Martini, the Argentinian ambassador to the UAE. Abu Dhabi Chamber board members Mouza Al-Otaiba, Reed Al-Dhaheri, Ahmed Al Souden and Hamad Al-Awadi also attended
the meeting, as well as Abdullah Al-Qubaisi, deputy director general of the Abu Dhabi Chamber.

 

The meeting served as a discussion for how to grow economic
and investment cooperation relations between companies in Abu Dhabi and
Cordoba. Al-Ameri asked Argentinian tech companies to create joint projects
with Emirati companies, while Shiaretti called on Emirati businessmen to
invest in the Argentinian sectors of food, agriculture and mineral water.
He believes many opportunities exist in these fields for his country.
