Abu Dhabi International Airport will be the first airport to receive a Sephora pop up store.

The Duty Free, in partnership with the DFS and Sephora, will open the shop through the end of October. The space will provide customers with a variety of beauty products representing Sephora’s private “Made In Sephora” label.

The addition of Sephora to the roster of brands offered at Abu Dhabi International Airport is consistent with the company’s objective to offer passengers a differentiated experience. In 2014, beauty and fragrances represented 31 percent of the airport sales, helping to increase overall annual sales by almost 10 percent.

“Sephora, with its unique, open-sell shopping environment, perfectly complements our commitment to offer travelers a world-class, unique shopping experience within the airport”, Daniel Cappell, acting chief commercial officer at Abu Dhabi Airports, said

Owned by Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy, Sephora is the leading chain of perfume and cosmetics stores in France. It also has a powerful beauty presence in countries around the world, operating approximately 1,900 stores in 29 countries, including 24 stores in the Middle East.
