Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company (ADNEC) has announced the launch
of the annual Internal Excellence Awards, part of its strategy to promote healthy competition, elevating department excellence and improving overall
organizational efficiency.

The awards are named Capital Excellence Awards and support the Abu Dhabi Award
for Excellence in Government Performance (ADAEP), a program built to motivate
government entities to improve input, thus improving output. The goal is to
showcase to employees the importance of quality work, because internal
excellence is key in shaping an environment of creativity and innovation.

ADNEC hopes the new Internal Excellence Awards will become a
benchmark of standards and guidelines to measure company and employee
performance. Evaluation for the award will be done by accredited external
consultants. Each department of the company will be assessed in a report
detailing its strengths and areas for improvement. The awards have been divided
into four major categories: excellent management, excellent project, excellent
team and excellent employee.

The awards reinforce ADNEC’s commitment to achieving
excellence in the tourism industry, delivering top-of-line customer service for stakeholders.
