Khalid Hadi, the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) Distribution’s vice president of marketing and corporate communications, has been named the “Asia’s Most Influential Chief Marketing Officer” by the World Brand Congress Awards.

Hadi received the award at a ceremony in Singapore attended by top branding and marketing professionals from around the world.

The World Brand Congress Awards bestows the title of Asia’s Most Influential Chief Marketing Officer annually as a way to celebrate the achievements of the region’s most influential figures in world of marketing.

The ceremony draws elite names in marketing, branding and advertising to highlight the most creative industry practices and achievements across Asia.

Hadi said ADNOC Distribution is proud to receive the industry-wide recognition.

“This distinction is a clear validation of our compliance with global quality standards in delivering our best-in-class products and services,” Hadi said. “We are confident such awards will help accelerate our efforts within the Marketing and Corporate Communications Division in further enhancing our day-to-day interactions with our customers and stakeholders.”

ADNOC Distribution recently achieved the status of a UAE Superbrand for 2015, an award the company was given in recognition of its success distributing and marketing petroleum products and services within the UAE and overseas.
