Customers of Qatar
Airway and AccorHotels might find it even easier to take a flight or
book a room thanks to a reciprocal benefits partnership finalized
recently.

Members of the Qatar Airways Privilege Club can
now convert Qmiles into Le Club AccorHotels points, and AccorHotels
customers can do the reverse. Through this platform, customers
will have access to the more than 3,400 hotels and resorts in AccorsHotels’
global network and the 150 places Qatar Airways flies.

“This partnership
heralds the beginning of an exciting partnership with the AccorHotels
Group as we continue our commitment to provide the very best rewards
programme for our most valued guests,” Ian Di Tullio, vice
president of Customer Loyalty and Relationship Management at Qatar
Airways, said. “I’m confident our new partnership with
AccorHotels will be a greatly appreciated addition to our program,
enjoyed by many of our discerning Privilege Club members as we go
places together.”

Emanuel
Baudart, chief customer officer at AccorHotels, said the agreement is
another way of enriching customer experience.

“That’s why we
are delighted to have this partnership with Qatar Airways, which
reflects the dynamic momentum of our burgeoning program and allows us
to supplement the already wide range of benefits and rewards we
reserve for the group’s loyal guests,” he said.
