Ajman alumna earns public service honor

Ajman University
graduate Halima Al Matroushi was an exemplary college student, and
now she has been honored as an excellent employee, recently receiving
the Mohammed Bin Rashid Government Excellence Award, one of the
highest customer service honors in the United Arab Emirates.


“It
is a testimony to her dedication and perseverance that during her
university career she had managed to combine the roles of student,
public employee, homemaker and mother all at the same time,” the
university said.

Al Matroushi
received the award at the 4th Government Excellence Award at the
Emirates Palace Hotel in Abu Dhabi. She currently works with the
Fujairah Police.

Ajman
University also announced that three other distinguished alumni have
been named to the Emirates Youth Council as representatives of the
Emirates of Fujairah. They are Jabir Ahmed Al Zuudi from the College
of Mass Communication and Humanities, Sultan Al Sharif of the College
of Dentistry and Hissa Al Shara of the College of Law.
