Ajman University College of Dentistry student Lina Tarek recently defended her postgraduate thesis in front of
a jury.
Her thesis was titled “The effect of post space preparation
on the apical leakage of root canal treated teeth Obturated with Resilon/RealSeal.” Dr. Emad Saleh Al Subeihi, faculty member at Ajman University, supervised.
The jury consisted of Professor Samira Al Salhi, program director
in Endodontic, Hamdan Bin Mohammed College of Dental Medicine; Dr. Ali Razooki,
associate professor and deputy dean of the College of Dentistry – Ajman
University; and Dr. Haitham Al Bshari, assistant professor, Ajman University.
After Tarek’s presentation and defense, the committee praised
her research and preparation, noting her knowledge on the subject was
extensive.
