DAMAC Properties launched a group of homes for Dubai families in 2016.

Known as AKOYA Cuatro Villas, the four-bedroom villas are spacious and surrounded by lush greens.

The residential villas allow each member of the family to have their own room, while all of the living areas encourage traditional family time. There are also fully furnished and serviced villas for busy families.

“We are pleased to offer a new villa type in a thriving and family-friendly golf community that is complemented by world-class amenities such as dining, shopping, hotels and entertainment, all set within a complete lifestyle destination,” DAMAC Properties Managing Director Ziad El Chaar said. “The villas have sizes and layouts ideal for families whilst presenting a great investment opportunity for those looking for a high-yielding and stable real estate asset, to enhance their investment portfolio or to plan for the future.”

The villas have a starting price of $435,617 payable over three years with free service charges for five years. The plot title deed comes with the purchase of every villa. Investors will have full ownership rights and control of both the home and plot.
