Al Forsan
Real Estate, the property arm of Abu Dhabi-based Al Forsan Holding, has
unveiled Al Forsan Village, a prestigious project to provide an exceptional
community living experience in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Located in the Khalifa City ‘A’ Area, Al Forsan Village is the first active- and health-focused
mixed-use development in the UAE. The project, which includes 385 move-in-ready villas, is developed to strengthen Abu Dhabi’s position as one of the
most sought-after community living destinations in the country.

 “Al Forsan
Village provides a broad mix of accommodation types to suit different
lifestyles and family requirements, from comfortable and easily managed
apartments to truly substantial and luxurious detached villas for extended
family living,” Rashed Al Qubaisi, general manager of Al Forsan International
Sports Resort, told Gulf News Journal. “The property has seen growing interest
from various potential customers across the UAE as the community offers
state-of-the-art amenities housing in an elite residential enclave.”

The project
encompasses 440 units of one- to four-bedroom apartment. The community’s distinctive lifestyle will be complemented by retail space, known as The Town Square, and will also be home to a five-star hotel.

 Al Forsan
Village offers a jogging track, three adult swimming pools and an additional
three swimming pools for children, among several other amenities. The area has
landscaped green spaces with playgrounds and water features along with access to Al Forsan Town Square.

 “Apart from
the other amenities, the community offers an exclusive portfolio of exciting
leisure activities through Al Forsan International Sports Resort,” Qubaisi
said. “This resort offers residents easy access to an Olympic-standard facility
providing an equestrian club, shooting range, wake boarding and motorsports
that include a 1.2-kilometer Commission International De Karting (CIK)-approved
professional circuit.”

Qubaisi said
that Abu Dhabi has a good mix of local and expat population working across
several public and private organizations in addition to the embassies of
hundreds of countries. Most of the people are looking for an ideal
community living experience in Abu Dhabi and the demand is growing each year.

“This year
will see several families moving into community developments to maintain a
healthy work-life balance,” Qubaisi said. “Creating a real sense of
community, Al Forsan Village aims to foster a true sense of community within an
elite residential enclave. The project is an elegant, upscale community set
within an urban landscape, envisioned to offer a distinctive lifestyle to its
residents.”

 The highly
sought-after location makes Al Forsan Village one of the most desirable
signature residential addresses in the Emirate. The Abu Dhabi International
Airport and premium educational institutions are all just a 10-minute drive
from the community.

Rent in the
villas at Al Forsan Village starts at $57,174. The sale price of a
four-bedroom villa starts at $1.08 million and a six-bedroom villa is
priced at $3.26 million.

 “We are delighted
to hand over the first set of villas in Al Forsan Village and welcome the
families to experience the true community living experience,” Qubaisi said.
“The amenities offered provides all the action that you can choose to be part
of. It’s peaceful and tranquil, and acts as your private oasis to escape the
hustle and bustle of modern life.”
