Aluminium Bahrain (Alba) has initiated a new mini Safety & Health Campaign aimed at reinforcing safety practices among its workforce. The campaign, which runs until November 27, will emphasize preparedness for the winter season.

Ali Al Baqali, Alba’s Chief Executive Officer, commented on the launch: “Safety is not a milestone but a mindset that we carry into every task, every shift and every day. As we adapt to changing seasons, our focus remains on anticipating risks and implementing best practices. This Campaign will focus on seasonal preparedness and reinforce the importance of staying vigilant, especially after successfully navigating the challenges of the previous quarter.”

The initiative will include group-specific programs addressing various winter safety topics. These include pre-heating tools and equipment, ensuring proper storage of materials, conducting rooftop inspections, and maintaining vehicle readiness.

Alba has regularly conducted such campaigns over the years to strengthen its internal safety culture. These efforts encourage employees to be responsible for their own well-being and support each other in maintaining safe working conditions.
