Alba partners with Hope Talents for employee loyalty reward programme

A signing ceremony took place on July 15, 2025, at Aluminium Bahrain (Alba) headquarters to mark the company’s partnership with Hope Talents for a new Employee Loyalty Reward Programme. Alba’s Chief Executive Officer Ali Al Baqali and Hope Talents’ General Manager Latifa Mohammed formalized the agreement.

The programme is intended to promote recognition and belonging among Alba employees. It features monthly cash prize draws in several categories: the Monthly Loyalty Reward, the National Reward, and the Youth Loyalty Reward. These initiatives are designed to acknowledge employee commitment and encourage a positive work environment.

Ali Al Baqali stated, “Alba is pleased to join the Loyalty Rewards Programme, a national initiative that reflects our ongoing commitment to fostering a high-morale workplace. This Programme is not just about rewards, it’s rather about building a culture where every employee feels valued, motivated and empowered to reach new heights, driving both individual success and collective national growth.”

Latifa Mohammed added, “We are proud to welcome Aluminium Bahrain B.S.C. (Alba) – a cornerstone of the Kingdom’s industrial landscape – to the Employee Loyalty Reward Programme. For many Bahrainis, particularly youth, Alba has long served as a defining chapter in their professional journeys, offering opportunities for growth and meaningful contribution. This collaboration reflects our shared commitment to honouring loyalty and celebrating individuals who have shaped the success of their institutions.”

Alba reports that its workforce is 87% Bahraini nationals. The company continues investing in employee wellbeing and retention through collaborations with leading organizations.
