Ali Al Hanan has been promoted to Manager of Treasury & Hedging Operations at Alba, marking a significant milestone in his 25-year career with the company. His journey is noted for consistent demonstrations of financial expertise and strategic leadership. Starting from an entry-level position, Al Hanan advanced to Senior Head of Treasury, playing a key role in securing refinancing deals and managing treasury operations.

Alba’s Chief Executive Officer Ali Al Baqali commented on the promotion: “Ali has consistently demonstrated the calibre of talent we cultivate here at Alba. His remarkable journey at Alba. With deep financial acumen honed over decades, Ali has played a key role in advancing the strategic growth of the accounting department.”

Al Hanan holds a bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Bahrain and a Master of Business Administration from Arabian Gulf University.
