Alba surpasses 2025 production goals and records two years without lost time injuries

Aluminium Bahrain (Alba) has reported that it exceeded its 2025 production target despite facing various challenges. The company also achieved more than 42 million work hours without a Lost Time Injury (LTI) in 2025, marking two consecutive years without an LTI for the first time in its history.

Ali Al Baqali, CEO of Alba, acknowledged the efforts of employees and contractors. He stated:

“This record is more than a production figure; it reflects our ability to overcome adversity and set new benchmarks in both operational performance and safety. We’ll build on this success, push our performance further, and continue to unlock the full potential of our people and operations.

I’m also proud and grateful to everyone who contributed to making 2025 a truly historic year for Alba.”

The company plans to focus on strengthening its operational capabilities through internal initiatives aimed at improving production throughput and efficiency.
