Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise has recently expanded its retail line of desk phones for businesses.

The complete product line has offerings suited to various budgets, including a video conferencing tool with plug-and-play capabilities.

The new eco-friendly Alcatel-Lucent 8018 DeskPhone offers IP telephony with numerous features, including a full-duplex speakerphone mode. It maximizes advanced telephony features from OmniPCX Office RCE and Enterprise communication servers.

The Alcatel-Lucent 8088 Smart DeskPhone merges telephony and video for a complete yet cost-effective experience. Designed for small meeting rooms, it makes video communications as easy as making a phone call.

Two additional cordless phones are part of the new product line. The Alcatel-Lucent 8262 DECT is designed with a rugged body for harsh environments such as construction sites and manufacturing facilities, oil and gas. It also has an emergency button to help alert others to safety issues on the job.

The 8212 DECT model is an entry-level handset with a modern, compact design. Both new phones offer value and plenty of features when connected to OmniPCX Office RCE, OmniPCX Enterprise and OmniPCX Enterprise Campus.
