AlRayan Bank unveils AI avatars for enhanced customer engagement

AlRayan Bank has launched an AI-driven communication initiative as part of its digital transformation efforts. The initiative, called AlRayan Go, introduces two AI avatars named Jassim and Noor to enhance customer engagement in Qatar’s banking sector.

The bank is the first in Qatar to integrate AI technology into its external communications. These avatars will soon lead customer interaction and support communication initiatives, offering dynamic and interactive content in English, Arabic, and the Qatari dialect.

Eman Al Naemi, AGM – Corporate Communications at AlRayan Bank, stated: “Our goal is to redefine how we connect with our audience by incorporating cutting-edge technology into our communication practices.” He emphasized that Jassim and Noor represent the bank’s commitment to pioneering AI-powered communication and maintaining a leadership position in the digital space.

This move aligns with AlRayan Bank’s broader digital strategy, showcasing its suite of digital products through modern communication practices. The initiative aims to provide personalized and efficient communication experiences for customers while promoting the bank’s image.
