Beginning in July, customers in southern Europe and the
Middle East will have more options when it comes to cloud-based software
services. 

ALSO and Logicom are collaborating efforts to develop a variety of
local cloud-based services to consumers. The ALSO Cloud Marketplace platform
will be accessible to more than 10,000 Logicom partners in 13 countries. This growth
could mean up to 350,000 new users to the platform.

“This cooperation is an important milestone for ALSO as we
pursue promising business opportunities in exciting new regions of the world
together with our partners,” Gustavo Möller-Hergt, CEO of ALSO Holding AG, said.
“We already serve 15 markets mainly in central as well as northern and eastern
Europe on our own, and we are constantly expanding our business.”

The new partnership offers ALSO the opportunity to offers
its product line-up to Logicom’s consumer base. The 13 countries that now have
access to the ALSO Cloud Marketplace platform are Greece, Cyprus, Malta, Italy and Romania, as well as Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman
and Qatar. Leading global cloud service providers will utilize the platform to
offer even more services to their customers.

serving its existing as well as new partners including ISVs, hosters and service
providers,” Varnavas Irinarchos, CEO of Logicom Public Ltd., said. “Our
strategic partnership with ALSO provides us with an advanced cloud solutions
environment that will cater for state-of-the art customer experience. Together
with ALSO, we are going to bring great value to our customers for their cloud
journeys.”
