A familiar face to Aon Hewitt, the international human
resources business of Aon plc, will fill the role of CEO for Aon Hewitt Middle East.
Raymond Everett will serve in the position to lead the
company’s regional work toward aligning Aon Hewitt as the top source for human
resource solutions across the globe.
Everett previously served as senior partner in Aon Hewitt’s
APAC, Middle East and Africa (MEA) business and has been with the company since
1997. The season executive will continue to fill his current role as manager
for McLagan business for Aon Hewitt across APAC and MEA regions, while also
acting as CEO. Everett moved to Dubai nine years ago and has also worked in
international hubs like Hong Kong and New York.

is achieving consistent growth alongside a strong demand in rewards, talent and
leadership consulting.”
Everett has experience in acting on advisory roles to
boards, remuneration committees and supervision of important Aon Hewitt
clients in the region. In addition, his experience includes designing and
developing strategic plans and applying those plans, performance management
systems and salary bands.
