Estate Real Estate Management has listed a first-floor apartment in a newly constructed development in the middle of Amwaj Island for $488,585.

The apartment spans 1,879 square feet and includes a balcony that overlooks the community.

 

Residents can take advantage of a squash court, sauna, steam rooms, multiple gyms for workouts, a swimming pool for children and a large swimming pool for adults. Other amenities include a Jacuzzi, interactive fountains, barbecue areas, a play area for children and ornate koi ponds.

The Amwaj Islands development is located northwest of Bahrain’s northernmost island, Muharraqu Island; the two are connected by causeways.
