Aramex board approves cash dividend

Dubai-based delivery company Aramex (DFM: ARMX) announced at its April 19 Annual General Meeting that it will pay a cash dividend to investors for its 2014 results.

The dividend will amount to 14% of the Company’s paid up capital, or $55.81 million, paid on April 29.

Aramex had $994 million in revenue in 2014 and $86.7 million in net income, up from $904 million and $75.7 million in 2013.
