A shifting economy and a growing number of millennials
entering the work force have caused Saudi companies to adjust their strategic plans for
long-term success.

With these changing environmental factors in mind, Ashridge
Executive Education has built a three-day educational program to discuss the challenges
faced by Saudi businesses and implement actions on how to find success despite
difficulties.

“Saudi companies face many challenges including global
economic slowdown, drop in oil prices and a younger generation with new outlook
entering the workforce,” Rory Hendrikz, director of Ashridge Middle East, said. “In
the midst of all these changes, they need to devise new strategies to stay
ahead of the game. A well-thought-out strategy is only effective if implemented
properly, and our three-day program ‘Translating Strategy into Action’ takes
into consideration the various challenges of goal setting and staff engagement
required to successfully execute the strategy.”

The program is specifically designed to provide managers,
directors and leaders with the skills needed to build and implement an action
plan that will result in positive outcomes for the business. Tools offered
during the training include creating a strategic implementation process, ideas
on how to get all employees engaged in productive changes, overcoming
challenges, acknowledging risks and recognizing weaknesses in the strategic
plan.

The instructional course will be held May 17-19 in Abu
Dhabi, with a repeat course planned for Dec. 6-8. Any companies interested in
having the course tailored to their own needs can request an in-house version
of the training in Saudi Arabia.

Ashridge Executive Education is a nonprofit organization with more than two decades of experience training managers and
executives in the Middle East.
