Dubai-based Keilani Construction Company LLC has won a contract worth 200 million (AED) from Azizi Developments to build a pair of luxury dwellings in
the Al Furjan residential development near Jebel Ali, slated for late 2017
completion.

Dubbed the Roy-Mediterranean and the Montrell, each of the
two developments will house studios and one-bedroom apartments in nine-story buildings,
including two levels for parking — offering a prime location nearby local
businesses and tourist hubs to satisfy rising customer demand for housing in the
area.

“We as developers like to think out of the box, and our
departure from traditional real estate practices is one of our biggest appeals,” Azizi CEO Farhad Azizi said. “The location is also in close
proximity with the under construction Al Furjan Pavilion West Community Centre, which adds to the value.”

Amenities will include laundry facilities; valet parking;
restaurants and room service; gym, pool and spa; and rooms set aside for
prayer. Roy-Mediterranean will occupy a site facing the Dubai Investment Park
entrance, while Montrell is planned for a separate location across the road,
set back from traffic.

“Over a few short years, Azizi Developments has
earned a reputation as a solution provider and a smart developer,” Azizi said. “We
just don’t build buildings, we take into account all the needs and wants of our
clients and cater to them. For example, the projects in Al Furjan are just a
short drive away from Jebel Ali Freezone. This makes it an ideal arrangement
for people who cover long distances daily to reach their workplaces in Jebel
Ali.”

Azizi leads development in Al Furjan as the UAE experiences dramatic
growth in anticipation of Expo 2020. Approximately 17.5 million travelers are
expected to visit the event, triggering rapid development. Dubai currently offers
the most ample supply of apartments in the MENA region, with close to 230
properties.

“We are offering them apartments that are closer to their
workplace, boast of world-class facilities and amenities, luxury, style and
convenience, and give value for their money — and can also serve as company
accommodation,” Azizi said. “And we are doing all this within a specific
timeframe, with no waiting list attached.”
