Azizi Developments, a Dubai-based real estate development firm, recently launched plans for two new residential towers in the heart of the city.

The two towers, named Daisy and Freesia, are part of the Al Farjan Master Development where Azizi is the lead sub-developer. The development is intended to provide an upscale mixed-use residential and commercial area to meet the growing demand for property in the emirate.

Azizi’s new mid-rise towers there are intended to fill the need for world-class housing in Dubai. The developer promises architecture and amenities that offer incomparable quality and class.

New residents will have access to pools, beautiful landscaping and a gym on top of the numerous services that will be offered in the Al Farjan development.

“We are highly delighted to launch the Daisy and Freesia project that will meet customers’ requirements and exceed their expectations,” Azizi CEO Ali Omer said. “With luxury, spacious and well-lit living, the apartments are designed according to European architecture and Dubai lifestyle.”

The two towers are set to be open to buyers by the fourth quarter of next year. That’s four years before the launch of Expo 2020 in Dubai, which is expected to make demand for residential properties in the emirate surge.
