The Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) Industrial Sector Committee
hosted a consultative meeting Wednesday to evaluate the International Standard Industrial Classification for all of the economic activities (ISIC4) in the region.

The goal of the meeting, held in partnership with the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism, was to inform the industrial and business communities in Bahrain about implementing ISIC4.

ISIC4, a tool for analyzing economic activity, will be implemented at of the end of March to help the local economy in Bahrain grow and generate more stability.

BCCI Chairman Abdulhameed Al Kooheji planned to use this meeting to reaffirm the dedication of the committee in empowering and supporting this vital business sector.
