The Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s Trade and Retail Committee recently held its first meeting of the year in Bait Al Tijjar.

At the meeting, chaired by Second Vice-Chairman Jawad Al Hawaj, the committee decided to continue its support for Bahrain’s retail trade by holding more meetings with businesses and business authorities.

The Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry began in 1937 as the General Traders’ Association before becoming CCCI in 1967. It advocates for Bahrani products, provides networking and training opportunities for businesses, offers its members analysis and other information, and organizes exhibitions and other events to help bring Bahrani products to the marketplace.
