Members of the tourism committee of Asharqia Chamber of Saudi Arabia recently met with Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) Chairman Khalid Al Moayed

to
discuss ways of boosting tourism and improving the economies of the two
countries.

Al Moayed and members of the BCCI tourism committee welcomed the Saudi committee, headed by Raed
Almurbati, in Bait Altijjar.

The meeting concentrated on the tourism committees of both
chambers collaborating their efforts to boost tourism between Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. The committees also discussed how each country’s tourism
industry is performing, the importance of its success and possibilities to help
build the sector into an economic powerhouse.

Al Moayed applauded the partnership and strong efforts of
both groups to develop tourism as a major economic factor while noting the
increase in tourists from Saudi Arabia to Bahrain and the benefit
brought by those visitors.
