With the workshop being headed by Dr. Richard Cadman, director of Strategy and Policy Consultants Network Ltd., who presented a summary of his Ph.D. thesis, “Remedies for Non-Price Discrimination: Their Application in the U.K. Broadband Market and Their Effect on Investment Decisions,” the workshop’s chief goal was to share knowledge and awareness about the latest trends in ICT regulations, including remedies for non-price discrimination and its economic background.

Also on the agenda was a telecoms strategic review of 2004 and 2005 and information about market entry via Local Loop Unbundling (LLU) and Next Generation Access.
