Bahrain, US chamber leaders discuss March forum

The chairman of the Bahrain
Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) recently met with the head of the American Chamber of the
MENA region (AmCham- MENA) to discuss their countries’ relationship and the AmCham business forum scheduled for March.

Khalid Al Moayed and members of the Bahrain board hosted Qays Zu’bi in Bait Al Tijjar. Al Moayed said Bahrain’s relationship with the United States is strong and thanked AmCham for choosing his country as the site of the forum, titled “SMEs:
Unlocking Economic Potentials in the MENA region.”

The forum, for investors and business owners, will feature panel discussions, B2B meetings, workshops
and a seminar.

FAB shareholders approve record AED 8.84 billion cash dividend at annual meeting

First Abu Dhabi Bank shareholders have approved an AED 8.84 billion cash dividend for fiscal year 2025—the largest in its history—following record profits last year. The announcement came during FAB’s virtual Annual General Meeting where all agenda items were passed.
