A recent memorandum of understanding (MOU), signed by the Bahrain
Institute of Banking and Finance (BIBF) and the Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC), concentrates on training and development.

The document, which was signed by BIBF Deputy
Director Dr. Ahmed Al Shaikh and BOC General Secretary Abdulrahman Askar,
aims to enhance the skills of those working within the BOC.

“BIBF is proud to be a partner of the BOC’s investment in
its Human Capital and looking forward to witness the valuable returns,” Al Shaikh said. “This is in line with BIBF’s strategy to continue being a
pioneer in providing excellent training and development for the human capital
in kingdom of Bahrain and the region.”

Furthermore, the newly signed document details the agreement between the
two organizations, dictating that they will collaborate on activities and training to help BOC workers further develop skills and knowledge in their designated
fields.

“This MOU would serve
to strengthen our employee’s level of competencies, which leads to a magnified organizational
performance,” Askar said.

Askar also spoke to the importance of BIBF’s role in
creating an atmosphere of “Leading Excellence” in regards to employees within
the Kingdom of Bahrain and throughout the entire region.
