In response to significant interest and enthusiasm for the Burj Khalifa Projection Design Competition, Emaar has extended the submission deadline to June 26, 2025. This extension aims to allow more creatives from across the UAE, both new and established, to participate in this unique opportunity to have their work displayed on the world’s tallest building.

The competition winner will receive a cash prize of AED 100,000 and have their design projected onto the iconic façade of Burj Khalifa. This offers artists global exposure and a chance to inspire millions.

Participants are invited to submit original videos or animations lasting three minutes that reflect creativity, innovation, and Dubai’s evolving identity. Submissions must adhere to specific technical requirements compatible with Burj Khalifa’s advanced projection system.

Full technical guidelines and terms can be found at www.burjkhalifa.ae/open-call. Entries should be emailed to opencall@emaar.ae with a short concept description explaining the inspiration behind the design.

Emaar emphasizes its commitment to celebrating artistic excellence by providing visionary creators a platform on one of the world’s most recognized landmarks. Artists, designers, and creatives in the UAE are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity.

Emaar Properties PJSC is listed on the Dubai Financial Market as a global property developer with a presence in the Middle East, North Africa, and Asia. It has delivered over 120,000 residential units globally since 2002. Emaar’s portfolio includes revenue-generating assets such as shopping malls, hospitality venues, commercial leasing spaces, and international businesses.
