A
signing event in Riyadh recently commemorated the collaboration between Cengage and
Tatweer Company for Educational Services (T4edu).

The partnership aims to
provide professional development programs for Ministry of Education English
teachers in Saudi Arabia. National Geographic Learning ELTeach
resources will be made available to 1,000 teachers through Cengage.

“Saudi
Arabia continues to show its commitment to education, as evidenced by the
country’s significant investments in quality learning materials,” Alexander Broich, executive vice president at Cengage International, said. “We are
honored to support the country’s teachers of English with our ELTeach program,
enabling English language learning to be introduced to students earlier in
their studies.”

T4edu
CEO Dr. Nasser Al-Uwaishiq
commented on the program after having enrolled 1,000 English teachers in the National
Geographic Learning’s ELTeach program.

“T4edu
is looking forward to successfully conducting professional development programs
for Ministry of Education English teachers in partnership with Cengage in the
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,” he said. “Teachers participating in this
program will significantly improve their teaching skills contributing to the
continued improvement and development of the teaching and learning of English
for the benefit of students in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia through T4edu
initiated programs.”

ELTeach
offers online, self-controlled resources to assist in the training requirements
of Ministry of Education English teachers in Saudi Arabia.
