Trinidad and Tobago is the latest country Chem-Dry has expanded into, and now, with this new addition, the carpet and upholstery cleaning company has a presence in 50 countries; Chem-Dry has 3,500 locations worldwide and serves more than 10,000 homes and businesses every day, and, looking toward the future, the company hopes to perpetuate the high demand for its products and methods.

“While many prestigious U.S.-based brands are experiencing international growth challenges due to wavering demand and the strong U.S. dollar, Chem-Dry will continue to grow with confidence throughout Central and South America for the remainder of 2015 and into 2016,” said Joe Manuszak, director of international development with Chem-Dry. “In addition to expanding into Bahrain, followed by Trinidad and Tobago, we also have Chem-Dry franchises in MENA, Sub-Saharan Africa, Europe and the entire Pacific Rim.”

And by using a Master Franchise model in, which the Master Franchisee owns the rights to the brand within a territory, and is responsible for developing the brand by selling the business to sub-franchisees, Manuszak said Chem-Dry has been able to consistently bring the world’s best and largest floor cleaning franchise into new global markets.

High demand for Chem-Dry’s proprietary products and cleaning methods, including its Hot Carbonating Extraction process, in international markets has driven its success, along with strong training and support and exceptional customer service.
