The first Climate Abu Dhabi exhibition, focusing on the heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVACR) industry, is scheduled for Oct. 3-5 at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC).

The exhibition will showcase innovative energy-efficient cooling technology and promote discussion of eco-friendly products and solutions. The event aims to attract more than 5,000 visitors from the Middle East, North Africa and South Asia areas.

The exhibition, organized by Dome Exhibitions and Euroexpo, is supported by ADNEC, the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry and AbuDhabiEvents.ae as key partners.

The event is occurring at a time when energy saving, air quality and building costs are becoming top priorities in the UAE.

“With $180 billion worth of projects under construction in the UAE, we are bound to see an increasing demand for HVACR products and services,” Markus Lattner, international project director for Euroexpo-Vienna, said “Factors such as rising population will increase the number of households and boost urbanization, which supported by technological developments and changes in government policies, will further drive the UAE HVACR market forward. Amidst such projections, we are excited to bring such a specialized event to the region, attracting representatives of oil and gas companies, industrial manufacturers, engineering and construction companies and many other sectors.”

Antoine Georges, managing director of Dome Exhibitions, Abu Dhabi, said the the exhibition will offer visitors and manufacturers insight into the HVACR market and open opportunities for mutual collaboration.
