Cluttons names new head of Dubai real estate office

Murray Strang, head of Cluttons commercial investment and agency team in the United Arab Emirates, was recently chosen to lead the real estate consulting firm’s Dubai business.

“It is a great honor to be appointed head of Cluttons Dubai in our 40th year of operation,” Strang said. “Since joining the business, I have seen our capabilities grow across many different sectors here in the UAE, and I look forward to the challenge of carrying on the company’s momentum and sustaining that growth for many years to come.”

Services provided by Cluttons include residential sales, residential and commercial investment, valuations and property and facilities management. Its consultancy offerings include lease advisory, project management, asset optimization and building surveying.

“It gives me great pleasure to see Murray appointed as the head of our Dubai business as he has been instrumental in its growth over the past number of years,” Steve Morgan, senior partner at Cluttons, said. “This is a significant appointment for Cluttons and one that is integral to our company’s Middle East business strategy.
