When DAMAC Maison Hotels & Resorts completes its 6,050th key by the end of 2017, the company will be one of the largest hospitality providers in the Middle East.

“In just 18 months, DAMAC Maison Hotels & Resorts has become known for its luxury service standards offered within the comfortable surrounds of an expansive suite,”

DAMAC Properties Senior Vice President

Niall McLoughlin said. “We have been delighted with the response from our owners and guests, which has helped our expansion plans across the region, potentially making us one of the largest hospitality operators in the Middle East.”

DAMAC unveiled DAMAC Maison Dubai Street Mall in December 2013, and since then has completed 1,122 keys in four properties in the Burj Area of Dubai. Other projects are currently being constructed in locations in Dubai, Riyadh and Doha — and when those are completed the total number of DAMAC units across the region will top 6,000.

DAMAC Properties is a developer of luxury real estate properties. Under its umbrella is DAMAC Maison Hotels & Resorts, which boast the highest luxury service standards, spacious suites and premium brands.
All the units within DAMAC projects are purchased by individual owners, all of whom have the option to return the properties to DAMAC. DAMAC personnel attend to all unit maintenance, and owners receive a percentage of the room rates.

Studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom units are available.
As of March 31, DAMAC had delivered almost 14,000 homes and developed a portfolio of over 37,000 units.
