DAMAC Properties, a luxury real estate developer, is creating the glamor of Hollywood in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, by completing extensive construction on the company’s Paramount Hotels & Resorts brands throughout the region.

“DAMAC Towers by
Paramount Hotels & Resorts has seen a significant acceleration in
the construction in recent months, despite the fact that the project is
one of the largest and most complex in Dubai,” Niall McLoughlin, senior vice president of DAMAC Properties, said. “The exciting development will
provide a unique lifestyle, bringing to life the class and style of
Hollywood for the first time in the Middle East.”

Company leaders affirmed that 60 percent of the iconic superstructure works called DAMAC Towers, which are part of the Paramount Hotels & Resorts project within the Burj region, have been completed. They said that in less than two years of work, the construction has already reached the 28th level of the resorts.

The project development is worth $1.34 billion (USD). The work is progressing at a fast pace: construction crews have already finished the core walls of the four towers. The teams are moving forward an average of one floor per week in each tower.

“DAMAC Towers by Paramount Hotels & Resorts is already an iconic development coming up in the Burj Area, and we look forward to opening the first ever Paramount Hotel & Resort anywhere in the region by the end of next year,” McLoughlin said.
